David Willis
Managing Director
David brings a wealth of international experience to our team, garnered from his extensive career in the generics industry.
Having held senior positions at Unichem in the UK and Merck in New Zealand, David has a proven track record of success.
Notably, he played a pivotal role in establishing Arrow in New Zealand and served as CEO for Sandoz Novartis for five years in the Philippines.
At Alchemy Health, David leads our generic pharmaceutical portfolio, overseeing operations, and spearheading our government tendering division.
Terry Nicholas
CFO
Terry, a seasoned Chartered Accountant, brings over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry to his role at Alchemy Health.
He oversees both finance and strategy, driving the company's growth with his forward-thinking approach.
Nicky Willis
General Manager
Nicky has over 25 years in sales, marketing, and media—both here in New Zealand and abroad.

​She’s run her own successful media agency and worked with big names across health, retail, and tech. With her depth of industry knowledge, strategic mindset, and a strong interest in women’s health, Nicky helps deliver tailored, effective solutions that support meaningful wellbeing outcomes.
Johanna Kraft
Territory Manager
Johanna recently joined the Alchemy Health team and brings a fresh perspective and enthusiasm for supporting both our practitioners and clients. Originally from Germany, Johanna is passionate about creating positive experiences and contributing to Alchemy’s mission of evidence-based health care.
Claire Smith
Product Specialist
Claire joins Alchemy Health with a background in the Pharmaceutical industry, involving a number of different therapy areas. She’s known for her attention to detail, positive energy and commitment to her customers. She enjoys adding value to a Clinician’s practice through education and support. Outside of work Claire enjoys walking, travelling and moonlighting as a dog groomer.

Hannah has over 20 years experience working in the pharmaceutical industry in medicine registration and compliance.
